About the Job
Mackenzie Stuart are resourcing on behalf of a Top Mid-Market firm to find a Banking & Finance Associate to join their team.The firm has a well-respected finance team has a secure and sturdy reputation for its transactions, acting for a wide range of clients and working on many of the major UK deals.
You will be a UK qualified lawyer with 3-4 years of PQE and excellent academic qualifications. Having trained at a respected Silver Circle and Mid-Market firm, or indeed a Magic Circle firm looking to an exciting move to a smaller team.
You will have experience acting for borrowers and lenders, have a good reputation and ideally have experience in Corporate and Real Estate. Asset Based Lending is also a plus.
