Business Development/Project Administrator

Business Development/Project Administrator 

Location: Glasgow
Duration: Full Time/Permanent
Salary: DOE, plus bonus and benefits

 

MHR has been tasked to find a Business Development/Project Administrator to join a market leading company during a very exciting period of expansion. The role will require someone either with a strong background in business development, or an ambitious Business Graduate in the early stages of their career.

 

Key responsibilities:

* Identify budgeted projects of a value 
* Schedule and book sales appointments
* Conduct Introduction with prospects
* Track and report all your activity
* Research and identify suitable partners regionally

 

 

The Successful Candidate will:

·Be one of the first points of contact for customers whether it be via phone, email, web or other

·Develop a strong working relationship with existing and new customers to maintain good communication flow.

·Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate information between customers and other relevant departments

·Process sales orders and returns ensuring the customers are given all relevant information

 

Manage and collate tender system

Provide feedback to Quantity Surveyor

Involvement in negotiating discount

Marketing

Organise news letters

Organise case studies

Oversee marketing plan

Sales calls

ISO

Manage iso system

Collate information with other staff and ensure kpi are met

Attend internal and external audits

Organise contract files

Apprentices

Manage apprentice registration

Monitor apprentice progress

Training

Collate all training within the company and manage the training matrix

Organise individuals training

Manage the training plan

 

Candidate Requirements

- Excellent Communication skills

- Meticulous attention to detail

- Confidence to work solo or part of a team

- Flexible and have the ability to multi-task

- Good problem solver

- Confidence working under pressure

- Competent Microsoft office user
