Quite simply, you’ll be the driving force behind getting our customers up and running. You’ll work in partnership with our Construction engineers to ensure we give them all the information they need to be able to ensure we can deliver our services to our customers – a true brand ambassador role! You will plan ours and other utilities network underground to give the best possible service.
A confident and cheerful communicator with bags of energy, you have a truly adaptable and flexible approach to everything you do. What's more, because you’re so very well organised, you remain unfazed at busy times, even when multi-tasking becomes the order of the day. Oh, and you must be willing to work a rotational shift pattern that covers 08:30 – 19:30, including Saturdays and the occasional Sunday (though not every day of course - work/life balance and all that).
