Customer Service Advisor

About the Job

SF Group are currently recruiting for finance company based in Coventry. This role will require an individual with extensive customer service skills and the ability to up-sell where possible.

The day to day duties in this role will include;

• Take inbound calls from customers
• Provide a high level of customer service at all times
• Manage relationships with customers and third parties
• Ability to work to targets and KPI's and conversion rates
• Making sure that all relevant data is in place e.g. account set up and payment details
• Persuasive and influential phone manner
• Have the confidence and knowledge to guide customers to the best plan for them
• Work as part of a team and contribute to shared goals and objectives
• The ability to work on your own initiative as well as being highly motivated
• Motor awareness experience desirable
• Ambitious, customer focused and driven to succeed

This vacancy is paying £17,000. You must be a self-motivated, have good time management and a professional phone manner.
