Data Entry/Document Checking Clerk - ROTATING SHIFTS
Gi Group Doncaster are currently recruiting for a Data Entry and Document Checking Clerk on behalf of our client; a well-known and established company on the outskirts of Rotherham.
The right candidate should have a keen eye for detail with a methodical approach to their work and are able to work quickly with high levels of accuracy in a fast paced and reactive environment. The candidate should also be computer literate with excellent typing speed and accuracy (which will be tested prior employment).
Experience doing Data Entry, Document Processing or similar roles would be advantageous.
Shift pattern working 7.5 hours per week between the hours of 6am to 10pm; Monday to Saturday (can include Sundays) on an ongoing basis. Flexibility is essential for this role to accommodate business demands when necessary.
DUTIES INCLUDE; BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Processing documentation in accordance to policy requirements
- Checking the authenticity of documents
- Information confidentiality
- Data entry of information
Due to the nature of the business, candidates will be expected to pass a credit check and a Scottish Disclosure (DBS) before starting work. You will be required to pass a typing test also.
