Data Entry & Document Preparation Clerks *APRIL START DATES*
Gi Group Doncaster are currently recruiting for a number of full time Data Entry and Document Preparation clerks on behalf of our client, a well-known and established company, on the outskirts of Rotherham to work on a new venture within the business.
Due to start April 2018 on an ongoing temporary contact. The hours will be working 37.5 hours per week on a shift pattern as followed;
Days: 6am-2pm, 7am-3pm, 8am-4pm
Afters: 2pm -10pm
The shift pattern can include weekends and flexibility is essential for this role to accommodate business demands when necessary.
DATA ENTRY DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- General administration duties
- Data Entry of numerical and alphanumeric information
- Processing data such as processing of cheques
DOCUMENT PREPARATION DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Checking of documents prior to them being keyed in
- Checking reconciliation of documents; ensuring that the correct number of sheets are there and all fields are filled in
- Ensuring all documents and present, in the correct order and format.
The right candidate should be computer literate with excellent typing speed and accuracy as the successful candidate will be tested prior to employment. The candidate should also have a keen eye for detail with a methodical approach to their work and should be able to work quickly with high levels of accuracy in a fast paced and reactive environment. Experience in a data entry/administrative or similar roles would be advantageous.
Due to the nature of the business; candidates will be expected to pass a credit check and a Scottish Disclosure (DBS) before starting work.
