The Role: A fantastic opportunity for four Graduate Sales Executives has arisen with the market leaders in academic publications. The successful applicants will inherit an existing client base of Primary and Secondary Schools and be responsible for managing relationships and promoting the full range of learning solutions that this company provides. Based from the office in Oxford, you will proactively contact your clients to ensure that they continue their working relationship with you, and to spot opportunities to up and cross sell. You will be given full support and training to ensure your success within this position and the company.
The Company: Well established provider of academic publications is seeking strong calibre graduates to join their sales team. This company is the market leader in their industry with a strong reputation and brand name. They are well known for their support and training and are currently on a recruitment drive due to expansion.

Responsibilities as a Graduate Sales Executive will include:
* Maintaining and developing an existing account base of clients
* Seeking new potential sales opportunities
* Contract negotiation

For this Graduate Sales position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Educated to degree level
* Strong relationship builder
* Organised, articulate, consultative nature
* Good listening skills

The Package for this Graduate sales role:

* £20,000 Basic salary
* Opportunity to earn £4000 OTE
* Additional incentives such as Red Letter days
* All school holidays
