Your new role
This is a Senior role reporting directly into the UK HRD and will be a varied position within the company. The role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Shared Centre Manager who understands the transactional side to HR and has strong leadership and people management skills. You will oversee the Talent and Recruitment planning and strategic approach for the teams, as well as driving improvements to the service delivery; to maintain the customer-centric culture. You will be providing guidance and support to HRBPs, managers and colleagues on employee relations, HR policies, procedures and practices. You will be expected to implement the HR delivery strategy and manage significant change to existing HR processes to ensure that the business has innovative HR services. Alongside this you will be the main HR business partner to the support office functions within the UK sites.
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will have previous experience as a HR Manager looking after ER to recruitment within a large and multi-site organisation preferably. You will be expected to have experience in talent development, succession planning and recruitment practices as well as experience in managing change. You must have a strong understanding of best practice around transactional HR processes and reporting, coupled with exceptional technical knowledge across the HR agenda. Personally you must have a strong strategic, analytical and commercial focus in order to develop and design the HR policy and procedures. It is essential that you have employee relations experience and will have managed ER advisers in a previous role.
