Job Title: IT Support Helpdesk Analyst
Support Level: 2nd line telephone & remote support
Ideal Technologies: Windows 7, Active Directory, MS Office & Outlook, Exchange Server, Office 365
Location: North Uxbridge / Ickenham area - Middlesex, North West London
Salary: £28,000 + excellent training
MUST HAVE: MCP, MTA, MCDST, MCITP, MCSA or MCSE certifications

My client is a well-established IT consultancy going through continued growth & expansion. They are looking for an experienced 2nd line IT analyst to provide telephone & remote support to a wide range of customers.
Please note - you MUST be Microsoft certified with either an MCP, MTA, MCDST, MCITP, MCSA &/or MCSE.
To be considered for this position you will be a confident and outgoing individual with strong customer services experience. As an experienced 2nd line IT support analyst you will have experience with the following core technologies:
- Windows 7, 8 &/or 10
- MS Office & Outlook
- Active Directory
- Exchange Server &/or Office 365
Any further experience with VMWare, HyperV, Citrix, Cisco, HP, Dell &/or IBM systems would be highly beneficial but NOT essential.
Working in a small team of 1st & 2nd line Service Desk Analyst you will be offered excellent career progression to train & move into an IT Consultant role working on customer sites providing project consultancy.
