Are seeking an experienced hands on Surveyor to work within our  Land and Engineering Survey department.

The position requires technical and commercial knowledge of the industry and the person must be able to build strong working relationships with our clients.  

You will be based at our Head Office in Alperton  

Key tasks: -

• Costing and Pricing survey work.
• Developing clients relationships and new business. 
• Collecting survey data through a number of methods,
• To understand and undertake all modes of survey work 

  
The successful candidate will be a degree holder or have minimum of 3 years relevant experience together with the necessary accuracy and attention to detail.

You will need good analytical and problem solving skills, together with excellent oral,  written, communication and presentation skills.

 A wide knowledge of surveying and construction practices, a scientific and mathematical mind along with computer literacy are important.

Knowledge of Autocad, Civil Cad, Leica, Topcon, GPS, and Robotic Total Stations would be an advantage.
