As one of the country’s leading estate agents with a reputation for delivering beyond client expectations we are opening a new Lettings Office on a New Development in Woodberry Park.
City Waterside at Woodberry Park is a significant regeneration development and the first phones of the Woodberry Down regeneration scheme located in Hackney N4. The London Borough of Hackney have granted the master plan planning permission signalling the creation of over 4600 new homes over a 44 hectare area site. Woodberry Park is being developed by Berkeley Group in partnership with Hackney Council. Jones Lang LaSalle has established a new residential letting office where the first phase apartments will be completed and ready for occupation from early 2012.
We are recruiting for a successful Letting Negotiator to join this exciting new office.
Requirements
- Experience of residential letting within the London Market
- Proven track record of successful sales.
- The ability to identify and attract investors, developers and vendors.
- The ability to develop strong client relationships will be essential
- The knowledge and ability to accurately value properties.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive by nature, a lateral thinker, with the ability to use your experience and qualifications.
- A high degree of integrity and someone who has valued reputation with in the market place
Responsibilities
- Identifying and maintaining relations with investors, developers, vendors and land agents.
- Pitching for new business
- Finding and identifying suitable tenants.
- Managing the marketing of properties, through all suitable channels.
- Coordinating and managing the letting process
- Communicating with all parties to make sure sales are managed efficiently
