As an Outbound Sales Team Manager you will motivate, lead and develop your team of Sales Advisors.
You will monitor your team’s efficiency and productivity ensuring all KPI’s are met.
If you are a confident communicator and a natural leader and have a passion for exceeding targets set as well as being money motivated then we have the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
4. Motivation and moral levels are high
5. Effective coaching and mentoring of all agents to give a high standard of service
6. Responsible for performance management process: 1:1’s, personal development plans and performance reviews
7. Regular team meetings and communications
