We are now looking for a highly effective PA to provide confidential and efficient administrative support to the Managing Director and other members of the senior management team. This is a fixed term contract opportunity, anticipated to last for 9-12 months for maternity cover.


This role will suit someone who enjoys engaging with people and loves variety. No two days will ever be the same and will include preparing reports and presentations, making meeting and travel arrangements, managing internal communications, organising conferences and internal events. With a ‘can do’ attitude, you will be comfortable turning your hand to whatever task is required of you to get the job done.


You will act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all day to day matters. Flexible and adaptable in your approach, you will confidently and diplomatically manage stakeholder requests and expectations. With outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, you will be able to build strong working relationships and professional credibility quickly. You will have a high level of attention to detail and be able to organise your own workload in a high paced environment.  Your secret super power will be the ability to anticipate requirements and other’s needs.
