Responsibilities:

Priority responsibility is to direct the strategic communications and PR campaigns of specific client accounts, ensuring effective results and profitable business. The appointed individual will be integral to the development and delivery of client services, managing individual clients in the corporate and consumer sectors.

A senior, leading position within the business and crucial to the development of key ongoing business objectives, also supporting the Director and the team on new business acquisition.

Key Tasks and Duties
  • To provide leadership and direction to the team on a range of client accounts
  • Ensure maximised profit for both clients and the consultancy alike and ensure achievement of revenue targets.
  • To represent the business, with the highest level of quality throughout the industry.
  • Plan and implement impactful, effective and profitable PR and communications campaigns.
  • Develop and lead PR and communications strategies from formulation through to execution aligning them with the client's key business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with new and existing clients, delivering from original brief, every client requirement, on budget, on strategy, on time.
  • Have a detailed understanding of all disciplines and arenas in which the consultancy transacts, which should be pursued and cultivated at every opportunity to enhance the consultancy and the client's competitive advantage.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Essential Criteria
  • Graduate Calibre in PR, Communications, Marketing or related Discipline
  • Extensive Senior Account Manager/Director/Client Side experience in a PR or Communications environment.
  • Experience of managing teams and clients to exceed targets.
  • Can evidence profitable, effective management of communication projects
  • Motivated and inspiring team player.
