Role

As result of recent growth BCSG has an excellent opportunity for a self driven, strategic Product Manager to play a significant role in a dynamic small business (75 FTE, profitable since 2007). We develop SaaS based products for small businesses in the UK and US and we are looking for someone to work alongside the Product Director to define and manage the development process for products that are core to our business.

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying and managing all product requirements, shaping the product roadmap and defining how the product should be delivered through the use of specifications and wireframes. They will work with development and QA teams to deliver product enhancements and ensure thorough testing before release. Working along side the commercial team the Product Manager will identify and manage activity that supports the value pipeline of the products.

You will be educated to degree level, you will have a good eye for detail and accuracy and a strong creative drive, with demonstrated ability to execute and drive results. You will also have a proven track record working in a fast paced environment under tight deadlines. Self driven, results oriented, positive outlook is a must. This position requires a strong desire to do the right thing for the customer therefore a solid service background would be desirable.
