A vacancy currently exists for a Product Manager within the Marketing Department.

To develop plans and specifications which include product concept and design, technical requirements, price positioning, packaging and launch briefing incl. timing and promotion of the product into all relevant markets.

To implement the agreed plans through co-ordination and management of the projects and be a key project member working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and other departments.

Managing peer and stakeholder expectation of the deliverability of business and project goals.

To demonstrate the necessary passion to drive your area of the business and inspire those around you. To have the desire to achieve over and above the norm for you and the business.

Have min 5+years experience in a product management function. Essential. Preferably also having developed products from blue sky to launch.

5+years experience working with engineering and manufacturing having developed consumer goods. Essential.

Be educated to degree level or equivalent in a marketing discipline.

Be creative and possess initiative and problem solving abilities along with an enquiring mind.

You are an outstanding team player, but also perform well on your own without much guidance.

You are confident and tackle tasks in an analytical and logical way.

You are an outstanding communicator and can manage people at all levels.

You are a problem solver and have a can-do attitude.

You are flexible and have a positive mindset.

You are able to undertake international travel of around 20-30 days per year.
