Our client, a leading Managed Services and Outsourcing organisation, seeks a talented Product Manager to join a small team dedicated to the development of the company's overall product and service strategy.

Salary negotiable around £60-70k plus bonus (c10%), family private health, life assurance, pension, study leave etc.

You will have 10+ years' IT experience with at least 3 years working in a Managed Services and Outsourcing environment and 5 years' Product Management. You will be familiar with ITIL and ISO standards and have the confidence and ability to work with senior IT customers.

You will have expert knowledge of Cloud Services and, ideally, Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Duties will include:

• Contributing to the development and maintenance of overall product strategy.
• Management of the life cycle of selected products and services, from feasibility assessment and new product development to subsequent product evolution and enhancement.
• Generation of key product/service documentation including requirements catalogues, product descriptions, product roadmaps and internal product collateral.
• Undertaking technology and market research about relevant IT managed services and outsourcing, appropriately communicating findings and conclusions.
• Generation of content for white papers, position statements and other thought-leadership materials, working closely with the Marketing team who are responsible for their publication.
• Contributing to production of sales proposals, tender responses and presentations, and sales presentation delivery, supporting dedicated Pre-Sales teams.
