Our client, based in Birmingham is part of a US manufacturing company and a genuine global leader in their field supplying blue chip customers throughout Europe and the Middle East. They currently have a genuine career opportunity for an ambitious, dynamic, and high calibre Quality Management Professional. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will assume full responsibility for promoting a quality culture & continually improving quality practices across the manufacturing site. Leading a highly motivated and dedicated team, you will maintain and audit systems whilst applying the appropriate quality tools. Having drawn up a strategic long-term plan, you will in conjunction with the rest of the management team successfully project manage quality improvements. Candidates will be of graduate calibre with minimum three years experience of Quality management within automotive / aerospace or other high technology manufacturing industry. Highly disciplined and organised with high expectations, analytical by nature with excellent planning and negotiating skills, with the ability to develop a good rapport with all levels of staff and to communicate with credibility with both Customers and Suppliers.
