First Selection are a growing recruitment firm with offices in Bristol. Due to internal growth we now have an exciting opening at our Bristol office for a Recruitment Consultant.

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will be based from our office in Redland, Bristol where you can expect to work on some exciting projects for some of the UK’s leading companies. Your initial responsibility will be the development of a client portfolio; this will be achieved through the acquisition of new business and the account management of existing and previous clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a first class sales professional with some commercial experience. It is important that you posses polished communication and presentation skills, an open approach and the ability to liaise at all levels of business.

The successful candidate can expect an initial base salary of up to 20k with an uncapped OTE of 40k in the first year plus an additional benefits package.
