We are currently working closely with an outstanding residential Health Care client who is based in Blackpool. We are looking for numerous experienced and dedicated individuals to join the new team working on their dedicated night shift.

Our Client is opening a brand new 28 bed nursing home for life in Bispham which will provide a safe and homely environment where the unique needs of individuals are recognized and skilled staff are available. To ensure this they offer training and development for all staff to ensure that service standards are achieved.



Openings available to apply for:


  • Two Registered Nurses - RGN / RMN (Night Shift)



Salary and benefits available:


  • £29,330.00 per annum (Night Shift) on a full time basis.
  • The cost of you DBS Check (£44) covered.

Are you an experienced Registered General Nurse / Registered Mental Health Nurse?



Do you aspire to excel in your professional, work with a people lead and pro-active company when it comes to Health Care?



The home will be providing outstanding nursing and dementia care, in a new fit for purpose facility.



You will need to have a proven background working as a Nurse in either the elderly care home sector or general nursing and the ability to work in a person-centred way.



Working with your fellow colleagues, you will take responsibility for the well-being of the people in your care, including making sure their physical, emotional and social needs are met. You will also promote independence, choice, dignity and respect to by delivering the very best standards of care.



We are looking for people with demonstrable passion for helping people and helping them maintain their independence and choice. You will also have a willingness to work as a part of a friendly team which will include Senior Carers and Carers and other health professionals to ensure a truly multi-disciplinary approach to care.
