ABOUT THE ROLE
·Achieves set targets and delivers on objectives agreed
·Sell our award winning training course through leads provided
·Acts as a brand champion for Just IT
·Generates high quality business meetings
·Managing candidate expectations
·Ensures all processes and compliance procedures are followed
·Evaluates and manages performance levels in line with company expectations
·Proven track record as a sales professional
·Consistent in performance levels and growth of desk
·Creates objectives and manages own objectives
·Experience managing a team and their performance
·Develops and tests ideas for improving team and own performance
·Delivers strong ratios for self and team
·Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
