My client is one of the most successful online gaming companies worldwide, with industry leading applications in online skill games, sports book, poker and casino products.
The group has experienced tremendous growth and is looking to continue this over the coming years. To support this and take a leading role in a heavily project-based environment, Esanda Recruitment has been retained to this newly created role of Senior .NET Web Software Developer based in Vienna Austria.
The Successful Senior .NET Web Software Developer will be responsible for:
- Responsible for software design and development of high-quality web applications, meeting the functional and non-functional requirements (e.g. performance, security, flexibility, scalability)
- Supporting/Consulting internal customers in analysing requirements, scope and dependencies and finding the best possible and cost effective solutions
- Acquisition and sharing of knowledge effective both on an inter-departmental and cross team level
- Ensuring operational readiness by collaborating with peers to deliver and operate applications
- Supporting continuous process improvement; application of agile best practices
The Successful Senior .NET Web Software Developer will have:
- Technical education and minimum of 5 years experience in software development including very good knowledge of Microsoft.NET – C# / ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC
- Experience in requirements engineering (analysis, specification and validation of requirements for software)
- Good knowledge of software design, understanding of design patterns
- Experience in developing web applications including related technologies such as JavaScript (Ajax, JQUERY), XML, (X)HTML and CSS
- Fundamental knowledge of software configuration management, deployment and operation
- Very good English skills (corporate language)
