About the Job

Technical Support - Helpdesk - ADSL - VOICE - DATA - VOIP - Cisco Routers . Large and expanding telecoms service provider is looking to recruit several technical support / helpdesk technicians to privide 1st and  2nd line support to enterprise customers for a range of services that include SIP  VOIP, ADLS, IP WAN, leased lines etc that are based on a range of vendors equipment but mostly Cisco based. Working in a team that offers great career growth and technical training you will get experience of supporting both VOIP and data networking products. My client is looking for candidates that have prior experience of working for an ISP, telecoms service provider or data centre type company.
