About the Job
My client is an extremely well established IT recruitment company based in Essex who is currently looking for several bright, ambitious and sales driven individuals who wish to embark on a career in recruitment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Desire to work in a highly competitive sales environment
* Generating new business opportunites & developing client relationships
* Identifying and qualifying relevantly skilled candidates.
* Posting of job requirements.
* Extensive time/planning management.
* Negotiation of fees and salaries as part of whole recruitment process.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Degree or similar level of education and/or one year's direct sales experience.
* Recruitment experience beneficial but by no means essential.
* Extensive in-depth and on-going training for this role.
BENEFITS:
* £18000 base salary + commission giving 1st year OTE of £25000-35000, rising in year 2 to £55000 and year 3 £90k+
