We are looking to recruit self-motivated graduates to maintain a high level of service to our National & International business partners. You will work alongside a Senior Search Consultant offering service and advice to our prestigious Client Base. The successful applicant will be a hard-working team player with highly developed communication skills, confidence, drive, enthusiasm, tenacity and a positive attitude.

The principal duties of the position will involve personally engaging in head-hunting, company mapping, in-depth research, interview arranging and utilising their networking streams, to identify the most promising candidates for our Clients.

The position offers a really interesting, varied, exciting, highly lucrative profession, within an attractive working environment. Upon completion of 12 months training to full consultant status, earnings of £40,000+ in the first year can be achievable, although there is potential to earn significantly more. Our best trainee so far earned £28,000 as a Graduate Trainee, and £50,000 in their 2nd year.
