Cobalt has recently been instructed to supply one of our most reputable clients, a highly successful and growing firm of Chartered Surveyors, with a flourishing Residential Block Property Manager. We are looking for someone who has a keen interest in Real Estate and more specifically a passion to gain a successful career within the Residential Property Management sector. You will have a willingness to learn and will be incredibly hard-working.

In order to be considered for interview, you will have the following credentials:

• Property related degree
• English and Maths GCSE or equivalent.
• Enthusiasm
• Keen interest in Real Estate
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to demonstrate professionalism, confidence and assertiveness.
• Excellent telephone Manner
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in a customer facing role.
