To drive business growth through paid search marketing/pay per click (PPC) activities and to achieve ambitious performance targets for transaction growth within agreed Return on Investment (ROI) targets.

You will undertake large scale analysis to help support our global PPC account management team by generating actionable insights.  You will also be involved in structuring data and systems to scale with the growth of the business.

The role requires an individual with numerical dexterity and a passion for data. You will be able to drive projects through to their conclusion and be motivated by seeing the immediate results of your actions. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively communicate their ideas to management, and have a good understanding of business needs.

This is a full-time position based in either our Cambridge or Amsterdam office. Cambridge-based candidates need to be willing to travel to Amsterdam head office for 2-3 days per month.

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a problem solver with strong personal organisation, with the following key skills:

• Possess strong quantitative and analytical skills; capable of working with large datasets
• Structured in their thinking with the ability to prioritise effectively based on business value
• Results & delivery focused
• Willingness to learn new skills, when necessary to drive a project forward

• Fluent in English
• Educated to at least degree level or equivalent - a Maths and Science background is preferred.
• Excellent Maths results: minimum of Grade A at A level (or equivalent)
  
• Good working knowledge of at least one analytical package, such as Microsoft Excel or MySQL, with the willingness to develop these skills further
• Knowledge of statistics is preferable but not essential
