Location: Speke - Liverpool

Salary: £17,010 - £17955 plus the following increases: 20% (Mon-Fri) 30% (Sat-Sun) for hours between 8pm & 10pm, 30% (Mon-Fri) 50% (Sat-Sun) for hours between 10pm & Midnight, 10% (Sun) for hours between 4pm and 8pm.

Fixed Term Contract:

·         Start Date 23 Aug 2017 - End Date 30th Nov 2017

 

Shift Pattern: Flextra 10 pm - 30-40 hours per week. Shifts between Mon-Sun. 0800-2200 5 days per week. 4-10 hour shifts. Max 45% weekend days per 8 weeks.

As a member of our friendly contact centre team, you’ll take calls from all kinds of people. Whether they’re calling to transfer money, set up a standing order, or simply check their balance, you’ll provide a professional and helpful service, every time. And you’ll use your computer skills to record your results. In return, you’ll enjoy opportunities that make you feel as good as those you help.
