Customer Service Manager, London, Tech/Healthcare Company, £28,000 - £32,000, Immediate Start!

Our client, an exciting Tech start-up with a fantastic business model, are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. Based in a fantastic central London location close to numerous bars and restaurants, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client offer a unique healthcare package to their clients, a real-time, instant doctor solution to cater for busy lifestyles. Due to exponential growth and an internal promotion, they are now seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious Customer Service Manager to lead their inbound customer service function. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of 8 inbound Advisors
  • Conducting regular performance reviews, appraisals and 1:1's
  • Handling escalated queries and complaints when required
  • Reviewing and analysing performance
  • Coaching and developing Advisors to exceed expectations

    In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
  • Experience in managing an inbound customer service team
  • Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and email
  • Ambition to progress career
  • Enthusiastic personality and strong work ethic
  • Dynamic approach to customer service management

    The working hours for the role are as follows:

    Week 1 - 9.00am - 5.00pm
    Week 2 - 9.00am - 5.00pm
    Week 3 - 1.30pm - 10.00pm

    You will be working Monday to Friday, with one weekend in every four (with days off in lieu when working the weekend)
