Position: Fundraising Engagement Manager
Location: Nailsea Shop, Bristol
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: 12-21 Hours per Week
Salary: £5,272 (12 hours) £9,227.40 (21 hours)

They require an enthusiastic Deputy Shop Manager for their Nailsea Shop. Duties include supporting the running of a busy retail outlet ensuring that stock is sourced processed and merchandised throughout the week in a timely manner. Assisting with recruiting and maintaining a large Team of Volunteers is also a requirement together with administering to the business needs of this outlet.
The successful candidate will have good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly. The position offered is for 12-21 hours per week to include Saturdays on a shared rota. Retail supervisory experience is preferred together with working knowledge of Health and Safety best practice etc. Basic IT skills required.
