We are currently recruiting for FEMALE SUPPORT WORKERS to work with a physically disabled lady who has a brain injury living in her own home in the Guildford area.
You will be working within an energetic and dedicated team on a rota basis, including days, weekends and waking nights.
You will be working with our client on a 2:1 basis to ensure her complex daily personal care and welfare needs are met.
You must have an enthusiastic personality and outlook on life, a caring attitude with the flexibility to work shifts as part of a team.
FULL AND PART TIME POSTS AVAILABLE
Hours of Work
8am – 8pm (day shift)
8pm – 8am (waking night)
8pm - 8am (sleepover nights - NB: 8pm - 12am of sleepover is classed as a waking night)
A full UK driving licence is ESSENTIAL and an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check WILL be required.
Rates of Pay
£10.00 per hour – Monday-Friday, upon successful completion of competencies and training
£11.50 per hour – Saturdays and Sundays, upon successful completion of competencies and training
£25.00 night allowance (Monday-Sunday)
£7.20 per hour – Sleeper
£8.00 per hour – Training
