Basic: £27,000- £30,000 (£60,000-£70,000 OTE)
Commission: Our client has the best commission structure in the business. Salespeople earn circa 13% of the VALUE (not Gross Profit) of all orders.

The largest security company in the world is offering you the opportunity to become a part of their sales team. Our client has an £8 billion turnover and has enjoyed significant year on year growth resulting in overall new business sales doubling in the last two years. As a key growth area for the company, it is vital that it keeps pace with its marketplace which is currently growing at a rate of more than 50% per annum. Therefore they require additional sales talent to achieve these goals and to share in this success.

We are looking for a new business hunter to take on this field sales role. The role is a new business focused role and will involve self-sourcing appointments and up-selling the company's range of security services in a specific geographical area. This will be a rewarding position for any individual looking to develop and progress within the sales environment.

Requirements:

To match the growth plans of the business we require sales professionals who are experienced in dealing with customers and developing new business - we do not teach people how to be a salesperson but will consider those who have an all-consuming desire to be successful but are lacking experience. There is no preferred background, just an ability to prove that they are the best at what they do. We therefore require them to be:

• Able to exceed their targets.
• Capable of demonstrating a sound understanding of the sales process and how to manage it.
• Strong listening and questioning skills.
• Have evidence to support success and over achievement.
• Able to demonstrate working in a pressurised and challenging environment.
• Demonstrate success achieved through personal application.
• Commercially aware i.e. have a demonstrable level of business acumen.
