Highly respected sector leader supplying own label, chilled food products to the major multiples, this dynamic business is led by a passionate commercially focused team, who are now looking to strengthen the manufacturing operation with the appointment of a Shift Production Manager.

You will be accountable for the continual improvement of efficiencies and for the development of processes.  Your energy, drive and commitment will inspire your team to achieve and exceed demanding KPI targets enabling you to focus on delivering real long term results

A proven track record of production management within a fast moving food environment is essential.  You should be quality focused, results-orientated with a passionate, positive, can do attitude.
