Senior Wayleave Officer

Salary: to c.£32K + bens
Our client is leading, multi-disciplinary environmental consultancy. Due to ongoing success and growth they are now have an opportunities for experienced Wayleave Offciers to join their team based in Yorkshire and the North East.
In this role you will liaise with landowners in order to obtain consents, wayleaves and easements for the installation and refurbishment of new and existing overhead power lines.
The successful candidates will possess previous experience and a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation in relation to FormB/37 applications, 2009 exemptions and in arranging Wayleave Agreements and Deeds of Easement.
A farming background and knowledge of the rural environment is required, whilst a full UK driving licence is essential. Degree level attainment within rural studies, agricultural sciences or similar would be advantageous as would RICS membership.
