Our client, a leading outsorucer providing multi lingual support to many of the world's leading technology and gaming companies are seeking to recruit German Gaming Support Agents to work in their state of the art multi-channel communication centre based in the heart of Belfast City Centre.

As a Gaming Support Agent, you will be:

• Handling inbound calls from customers in relation to billing and technical issues
• Responding to customers via email
• Complete translations from English to German
• Maintain a good working knowledge of products and services and PC technical support

Skills:

• 6 months customer service experience
• Be able to demonstrate expertise with internet, internet application and Microsoft Windows, familiar with PC hardware, PC gaming and related consumer electronics
• Ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise workload

Normal working week is 40 hours per week, working on a rotational shift pattern between 9am to 10pm Monday to Sunday.
