Starting Salary: £14,500 per annum, increasing to £18,000 upon successful completion of first 13 weeks
Location: Warrington, Cheshire
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Qualifications: A-C grade GSCE Maths and English 12 months business to business experience, proven track record of consistently hitting targets

The Company

Our client sell Printer Cartridges and Office Products direct to businesses from it’s Head Office in Warrington. You will be working within an organisation that is seeking to expand throughout the UK therefore offering excellent opportunities for advancement.

The Position

This is an office-based Account Management position. To maintain regular contact with a database of existing customers by phone. To retain these customers, increase sales volume and maximise cross selling opportunities within the database. To build a rapport and provide a first class customer experience. To increase database size and turnover through quoting and closing deals for new customers.

The Person

With previous business to business sales experience, you will be self motivated and able to work on own initiative. You should have a positive outlook and a clear and polite telephone manner. You should be capable of overcoming objections and closing sales. Previous experience of the Office Products/Printing industry would be an advantage, but is not essential.

* Achieving sales targets
* Retention of customers
* Cross sell other products (Stationery / Hardware / Furniture)
* Increase sales of Office King Brands over OEM (Original Equipment Manufacture)
* Pro-actively seek and close new customer accounts from leads provided
* Actively encourage customers to order through officeking.com
* Promote the Recycle4Schools scheme

Measurement of Performance

You will be working to monthly sales targets based around, increasing your customer database turnover, achieving a minimum margin, and converting new customers. Performance is also measured using one to ones, call stats and call monitoring.
