Inside Sales Representative

Our client is at the forefront of the global IT market, delivering vital technology for business and life. Their solutions span IT infrastructure, personal computing and access devices, global services and imaging and printing reach globally across consumers, enterprises and small & medium business. The Erskine Inside Sales Centre sells and supports theirs portfolio in the UK & Ireland through both directly to customers and through their extensive reseller channel.

PLEASE NOTE: A generous bonus package is attached to this role

Responsible in defined hunting accounts in portfolio for end-to-end sales cycle. Sales conditions including discounts and projects terms and conditions owned by ISR hunter on behalf of our client.

Main activities:
* Customer hunting calls
* Work with defined hunting or channel customers to close hunting opportunities
* Brief channel partners on customer requirements and required channel partner action
* Selection of channel partners to assign to customer hunting opportunities
* Delegate and drive required client's internal back office support for OPG, quote/ conf process, delivery, order management and exceptions
* Send offer to end user and channel partner for ordering
* Call partner at appropriate frequency to drive opportunity, closure
* Closure verification based on partner P.O. visibility
* Maximise revenue on all accounts
* Ensure terms and conditions for projects on behalf of our client are monitored

* Experienced in a selling environment, able to adapt learnt skills
* Ability to handle and resolve customer issues
* Clear ability to, and commitment to, building our client's product knowledge
* Ability to maximize and handle call sales in a structured and rigorous way
* Maximise revenue whilst engaging with a variety of tasks to achieve results
