Residential Block Property Manager, Managing Agent, Hampshire

Cobalt has been instructed to provide a Residential Block Property Manager to a very highly regarded client, a firm of Managing Agents. The role will be located in North Hampshire and requires someone of the following skill set:

• Strong and recent experience gained within a Residential Block Property Management position.
• Ability to produce service charge budgets
• Ability to produce Section 20 Notices
• Experience in attending client meetings
• Experience in liaising with Contractors and supervising contract staff
• Experience in managing on-site staff.

It would also be an advantage if you can drive and own a car, and if you are an affiliate of IRPM. In order to be considered for interview you must be able to demonstrate confidence and professionalism in your demeanour and will have an excellent telephone manner.
