We are currently looking for a part time SHE Training Administrator to join our busy team on a part time basis, working Monday- Friday 8.30am till 12.30pm.
To work as part of a professional SHE team supporting the delivery of effective safety, health, environment and fire training, to all areas across the business. 

The function of this role will be to undertake the administration of the SHE training function and to deliver a small amount of SHE training such as SHE awareness and SHE new starter induction as required. 

Responsible for the continuous review/ improvement and maintenance of all administrative functions relating safety, health, environment and fire training policies, systems and procedures site wide. 

Provide support to ensure that best practice and any legislative or company requirements regarding all aspects of safety, health, environment and fire training systems and improvement management are applied across the business.

Responsibilities
Continually monitor SHE training requirements
Manage and improve SHE training systems
Work alongside SHE trainer- implementation and monitoring
Support with the managing and auditing of the systems
Liaise with all levels of management across site
Support in the providing of monthly reports
