Trainee Lettings Negotiator, Andrews Lettings and Management – Bristol

£13K - £15K basic salary plus uncapped commission

Full time:  9.00 am - 6.00 pm; Saturdays by rota: 9.00 am - 5.00 pm (day off in lieu)

We have vacancies for Trainee Lettings Negotiators in several of our Bristol Branches.  Whether you are an experienced lettings negotiator looking for a fresh challenge with a company that recognises and rewards its staff for their hard work, or new to the industry but have a proven track record in sales, this could be the best move you make.

If you can demonstrate the following, then we want to hear from you:

·         Experience in the Lettings industry is advantageous, but not essential

·         Must have previous sales experience and a sales focused mentality

·         Resilience and the ability to make the most of any opportunity

·         Excellent face to face customer service skills

·         Must be very motivated to succeed

·         Preferably knowledge of the local area / property market

·         Excellent time management skills

·         The will to ensure all legal and company standards met

·         Outgoing personality with a passion for customer service

·         Full Driving Licence (for the more Trainee positions, must have own car)
