About the Job
Our client, who is a leading financial services company, currently looking for an Appointment Maker to be based within their offices in Derby.
The minimum requirements for the Appointment Maker are:
- Previous experience of working in an outbound caller role (Essential)
- Well organised, can prioritise effectively and with excellent IT skills (Essential)
- Great at building positive relationships with people from all walks of life (Essential)
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s (including English and Maths at A–C) (Essential)
- Previous general insurance or financial services experience (Desirable)
The ideal candidate for the position will have previous experience with outbound calls, with an organised approach to work, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. An effective communicator, both written and oral as well as some previous experience working with insurance.
The main responsibilities of the Appointment Maker are:
- Arranging and making appointments for the Financial Consultants, managing their diaries and following up post sale to ensure that service standards are maintained
- Providing administrative and organisational support to the team
- Providing additional customer service and sales support to the general insurance customers
- Working with the sales and service teams, promoting all financial services
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-known organisation with an internal development philosophy, for a generous salary of up to £15,000 dependant on experience, with the potential to earn a company bonus up to £2,000 after the qualification period.
