Lettings Negotiator
About the Job
A great new position has arisen for an Senior Lettings Negotiator for our well established Independent Estate Agent client within the Midlands to be based in Ripley.
Minimum Senior Lettings Negotiator requirements:
- High Level of previous experience as a Lettings Negotiator (Essential)
- Motivated and enthusiastic personality (Essential)
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service (Essential)
- Excellent local knowledge of the property market (Essential)
- An ambitious, confident personality (Essential)
- Commercial knowledge (advantageous)
As you'd expect the main purpose of this role will be to work within one of their existing busy offices, contacting prospective tenants and matching their needs to a portfolio of available properties.
In order to achieve this goal you'll also be responsible for canvassing new prospective vendors with a view to bringing on additional stock. Our client believes that their success is born from not only their hard-working and committed teams, based throughout their network, but the strong ethos of excellent customer service that they constantly strive to deliver.
