Job Title: Marketing Analyst - Customer Loyalty
Location: London or Cardiff
Salary: £28,000 - £36,000 + Bonus & Benefits

Overview

Responsible for designing the business strategy and delivery of the P&L of the credit card offering.
Key Accountabilities

- To analyse historical customer behaviour to identify opportunities to increase customer engagement through campaign activity.
- Develop and implement marketing activities to achieve key business targets (spend and usage growth) utilising the loyalty points/incentive capability.
- Fully implement and understand pre, post and vintage campaign and ROI analytics.
- Relationship management with key loyalty partners to secure funding/ commissions for marketing activity and to manage partner contracts.
- To build business cases to secure funding for new loyalty programme customer activity.
- To work with other business units such as credit risk, sales and NPD to increase the profitability of the loyalty products such as Trust card and cash back.
- To co-ordinate working group activity on updating/ amending loyalty propositions.

Candidate Profile

- A good degree(2:1+) in a numerate subject
- 18 months experience in an analytical role, ideally marketing
- Mental dexterity and the ability to solve complex problems within tight time scales.
- Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a proactive approach to creative analysis.
- Proven experience of appropriate tools, SAS, SQL, MS Excel etc...
