The Role: Graduate Sales Training Scheme
You will initially join the company within an internal sales position based at one of the multiple service centres. In your challenging, fast paced role you will be responsible for growing revenue and will focus on maximising profit from the new business opportunities that you’ve identified. Dealing with a range of clients- both new and existing- will add variety to your role, as you strive to find solutions to meet their individual needs. With the opportunity to create, qualify and manage the sales process from start to finish, you will quickly be closing your own deals and reaping the rewards!
As part of your development, you will receive full bespoke Pareto sales training over the first 12 months of your career alongside lots of internal training, thus helping you to up-skill and progress within your career.
