Ambitious in nature with a well-rounded and impressive culture. Based in Swindon and now looking for a HR Project Manager for 6 Month FTC working primarily with the L&D team.

Your new role
HR Project Manager to take ownership of a number of existing projects, primarily within Learning and Development (L&D). As a successful candidate you will not be expected to design these projects, but to take ownership of an existing portfolio. So the role is very operational and you'll be working with various senior stakeholders throughout the business to deliver a programme of pre-defined projects. You'll be part of a dedicated international Business Support team supporting the organisation. The role combines project management of job evaluation, competency development and performance management activity streams. You will need to be able to work independently, but the projects are engaging and essential in supporting HR and L&D.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have:
  • Relevant background and experience that will have been gained in specialist Organisational Development, Talent Management, integrated Learning & Development roles, or a Senior HR generalist with demonstrable experience in one or more aforementioned disciplines.
  • Experience of working in large blue chip, ideally within Industrial/Engineering, Manufacturing, FMCG or Supply Chain
  • Experience of working within unionised organisations
  • Proven track record of managing and implementing major HR initiatives or projects within an Organisational Development context
  • Demonstrable ability to create detailed and effective action plans, set objectives and targets to achieve section/project objective
  • Proven training deliver skills
  • A true team player, with a collaborative approach
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills with proven experience of partnering with Senior Management teams
  • Emotional intelligence and cultural awareness to engage on all organisational levels
  • Resilience and flexibility to deliver to programme timelines
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Combination of analytical, pragmatic and situational problem-solving skills
  • Strong presentation skills, with excellent written and verbal communication and strong IT skills
