HR and Recruitment Advisor
Your new company
You'll be working for a UK leading organisation that operates across the continent. Your main base will be at their Caerphilly site, however you will be expected to travel across the country as part of your role
Your new role
Working alongside the HR Manager and HRBP, you'll be responsible for the delivery of an excellent HR service as well as providing generalist HR advice and support to all employees and stakeholders. Your duties will include advising on policies and procedures, supporting new starters and leavers, dealing with employee relation matters and all other generalist HR duties. In addition to your HR duties, you'll play the lead part in all of the recruitment for the sales team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role you'll be an engaging HR professional with strong HR and Recruitment experience. Essentially, you'll come from a fast-paced environment and have experience of using HR systems. Additionally, you'll be an excellent team player with a positive and can-do attitude.
