Insurance Client Manager


Have you been working in the insurance sector and can confidently demonstrate an understanding of insurance principles?

Are you required to communicate professionally and effectively with clients on a daily basis to obtain an understanding of their insurance needs?

Do you enjoy the pace of working in a phone based role offering excellent customer service and specialist product knowledge?

As an Insurance Client Manager you will work for a global financial services organisation, on a daily basis you will:
  • negotiate renewals
  • ascertain further opportunities to satisfy the clients insurance needs
  • growth client worth under management
  • fully understand the client requirement and maximise cross-selling and new business opportunities
  • maintain accurate records and produce relevant documentation
  • be available to deal with client calls / emails
