Office Admin - Part Time (16 hours)

Are you looking for a new opportunity? Are you seeking a flexible, part time position with working hours spread over Monday – Friday? Do you have previous experience of working in an office based admin support role? 


  •        Currently seeking an office admin support at a busy office based in Pudsey, Leeds  
  •        16 hours per week (part time) flexible over Monday-Friday

An opportunity has become available at BAK LTD & Southern Connections LTD, an Independent Franchise of O2. The company are seeking to employ a Part Time Admin assistant to help with the day-to-day responsibilities of the busy accounts department. The working hours are available from Monday to Friday and will be agreed with the Head of Accounts upon successful interview. 


Based just outside Pudsey/Farsley area, the office is close to excellent transport links via both road and rail.


The successful candidate will:

  •        Have previous experience in an office admin role
  •        Hold excellent numeracy skills
  •        Be an effective communicator both written and verbally
  •        Be polite and professional telephone manner
  •        Be organised with the ability to priorities workload
  •        Be forward thinking with a proactive attitude
  •        Be flexible for ad hoc duties.


The ideal candidate will support in the following duties:

  •        Inputting invoices 
  •        Booking company travel
  •        Ad hoc filing and general office admin
  •        Completing stationary orders
  •        Reconciliation of cash sheets
  •        Cash counting
  •        Opening post and distributing to the relevant departments within the office
  •        Answering the telephone, taking messages and directing calls if required
  •       Other AD HOC admin duties to support full business operations.
