cazden are a small recruitment consultancy with a global reach and an impressive client base. The time has now come for us to expand our team and we are on the lookout for a dedicated Account Manager. Due to the nature of the business, we can consider candidates with varying levels of experience.
Our recruitment is 95% permanent and mainly within the IT / Electronics / Engineering sector; however, we do work with clients spanning different industries including digital marketing, manufacturing and professional services.
As our Manager, you will:
Headhunt and screen candidates from various databases and provide them with a full and detailed brief on suitable job opportunities.
Provide candidates with thorough interview prep.
Liaise with clients and submit suitable candidates for roles.
Form strong working relationships with clients to ensure solid resource plans are in place for each role.
Work with clients to gain forecast information to better aid internal business planning.
Take recruitment briefings (both by phone and in person) from clients ensuring an in-depth job briefing is attained with key selection criteria agreed.
Work with the team to ensure cazden fulfils our clients needs.
Ensure relevant reporting is prepared and sent to clients as required.
Liaise with clients on all stages of the recruitment process from initial brief to candidate offer stage, including processing new starters and taking up references as and when required.
As Account Manager, the following skills and experience are required:
Customer focused and confident to present to and meet with clients.
Prior recruitment experience - we can accept applications from candidates with varying levels of experience.
Confident in working with recruitment databases (applicant tracking systems (ATS)).
Strong process administration skills, we do love a flow chart here and utilise Google sheets and docs to share and collaborate.
A good team player a large portion of cazdens success is due to our strong and adaptable team. We work together to maximise our overall success rather than for individual gain.
You must be willing and able to attend client meetings primarily in or around Edinburgh.
