JOB TITLE: Sales Team Leader (Player/Manager)
LOCATION: London
PACKAGE: £70k, £130k OTE, 25 days holiday, healthcare, pension, stock options.

A marketing automation tool, the software provides you with the insight to create personalised emails based on customers behaviours, tendencies, and traits.
130 staff with offices in London, Oxford, Dallas, and Sydney.
VC-backed to further develop their international expansion.

KEY EXPERIENCE

You will have experience successfully leading a sales team previously.
Sold SaaS to marketing decision makers - Marketing Manager, Marketing Director, CMO's.
Previously carried an individual quota successfully
Any marketing technology experience would be a benefit but by no means a pre-requisite.

ROLE INFORMATION

Player-manager role selling marketing automation software to mid-market/lower enterprise organisations.
Looking after a small sales team of 5 people.
Selling to CMO's, Marketing Directors.
Growing fast paced organisation with a real play hard/work hard culture.
